All Australian orders ship from our warehouse in Melbourne.
It’s a tight, efficient operation — not a massive warehouse, but big enough to keep birds moving. From here, we ship to throughout Australia using the Australia Post network.

Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you’re outside Australia, you’ll want to use your local Metalbird store (like metalbird.co.nz, metalbird.com, metalbird.co.uk, metalbird.eu/.fr/.nl, or metalbird.ca) for faster, cheaper delivery and better regional service. They also have different collections of birds that nest in their country.
